สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ได้จัดกิจกรรม ARIT Green Tree ปลูกต้นไม้ เพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียว ณ บริเวณด้านหลังอาคารวิทยบริการ ทางเข้า Gate 2 ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่เต็มไปด้วยความร่วมมือและความตั้งใจของบุคลากรในการร่วมกันสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม 🌿🌱
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการปลูกต้นไม้หรือปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการ “ปลูกแนวคิด” แห่งการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนลงในพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ของทุกคน โดยต้นไม้ที่ปลูกขึ้นเปรียบเสมือนแหล่งดูดซับและกักเก็บก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ช่วยลดปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจก และบรรเทาผลกระทบจากภาวะโลกร้อน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านการรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ พร้อมทั้งสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ร่มรื่น เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และการใช้ชีวิตในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างสมดุล 🌏
นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมยังสะท้อนถึงแนวคิดของการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าและมีความรับผิดชอบ ลดผลกระทบจากของเสีย และส่งเสริมการใช้พื้นที่ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างสังคมที่ตระหนักถึงการบริโภคและการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่สีเขียวให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้อย่างเท่าเทียม เกิดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในรูปแบบที่ใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ 📚🍃
ภายใต้แนวทาง Green Library และ Green Office สำนักยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรและพลังงานอย่างเป็นระบบ มีการวางแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่สีเขียวอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมทั้งจัดสรรงบประมาณและทรัพยากรที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และสามารถต่อยอดไปสู่การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพราะการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนไม่สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้จากฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง แต่ต้องอาศัยพลังของความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน 🤝
ARIT Green Tree จึงไม่ใช่เพียงกิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ในวันหนึ่งวันใด แต่คือจุดเริ่มต้นของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืน ที่ทุกคนสามารถมีส่วนร่วมได้ดูแลโลกใบนี้ร่วมกัน 🌳💚
ARIT VRU Green Tree: Growing Green Spaces for a Sustainable Future 🌿
The Academic Resource and Information Technology Center organized the ARIT Green Tree activity to plant trees and expand green spaces at the area behind the Academic Resource Building, Gate 2. The event was filled with a spirit of collaboration and strong commitment from staff members, all working together to create an environmentally friendly learning space 🌿🌱
This activity was not only about planting trees or improving the landscape, but also about “planting the idea” of sustainability into a shared learning environment. The trees planted serve as natural carbon sinks, absorbing and storing carbon dioxide, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and helping mitigate the impacts of global warming. At the same time, they contribute to a greener, more pleasant atmosphere that supports balanced learning and living within the university 🌏
Moreover, the activity reflects the importance of responsible resource use, minimizing waste, and maximizing the value of available space. Under the Green Library and Green Office initiatives, the Center remains committed to systematic resource and energy management. Continuous plans are in place to expand green spaces, supported by appropriate budgeting and resource allocation to ensure tangible environmental outcomes. These efforts also foster collaboration both within and beyond the organization, recognizing that sustainable development requires strong partnerships and collective action from all sectors 🤝
